1. Acceptance of terms

Mobace ("Mobace," "we," "us," or "our") operates mobace.in, an online store selling smartphones, keypad mobiles, and mobile accessories, shipped within India. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between you and Mobace and apply to every visit to mobace.in and every order you place with us.

By accessing the site, creating an account, or placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, along with our Privacy Policy and Return & Refund Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or using the site under the supervision of a parent or guardian, to place an order on mobace.in. By ordering, you confirm that the billing and shipping details you provide are accurate and that you're authorised to use the payment method selected.

3. Products & pricing

• We try to display product images, specifications, and colours as accurately as possible, but actual products may vary slightly due to manufacturer updates, lighting, or screen settings.
• Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and, unless stated otherwise, are exclusive of GST, which is added at checkout.
• Prices, offers, and product availability can change without notice. The price charged is the one shown at the time your order is confirmed.
• In the rare case a product is mispriced due to a technical or typographical error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund, even after confirmation.

4. Orders & payment

Placing an order is an offer to buy, which we may accept or decline — for example, if a product is out of stock, if we suspect fraud, or if there's an error in the listed price. An order is confirmed only once you receive an order confirmation email or SMS.

Payments are processed through our third-party payment gateway partner(s). By paying, you agree to that gateway's own terms. See our Privacy Policy for how payment data is handled — we never see or store your full card, UPI, or net-banking details.

5. Shipping & delivery

• We ship to addresses within India via our courier partners. Estimated delivery timelines are shown at checkout and on the order-tracking page, but are not guaranteed and can be affected by location, weather, or courier delays.
• Risk in the product passes to you once it is delivered to the shipping address provided.
• Please inspect your package on delivery and, for high-value items like smartphones, we recommend recording an unboxing video — this helps resolve damaged or missing-item claims quickly (see our Return & Refund Policy).

6. Cancellations

You may cancel an order free of charge as long as it hasn't been shipped yet, from My Account or by contacting support@mobace.in. Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be cancelled — you're welcome to refuse delivery or initiate a return once it arrives, subject to our Return & Refund Policy.

7. Returns & warranty

Returns, replacements, and refunds are governed by our separate Return & Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Manufacturer warranty on smartphones and electronics, where applicable, is provided and honoured by the respective brand's authorised service centres, not by Mobace directly.

8. Your account

• You're responsible for keeping your account password confidential and for all activity that happens under your account.
• Please let us know immediately at support@mobace.in if you suspect unauthorised use of your account.
• We may suspend or close an account that we reasonably believe is being used fraudulently or in violation of these Terms.

9. Acceptable use

When using mobace.in, you agree not to:

• Use the site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems, other users' accounts, or non-public areas of the site.
• Interfere with the site's normal operation, including by introducing malware or attempting to overload our servers.
• Scrape, copy, or resell product listings, pricing, or content without our written permission.
• Submit false information when placing an order, including fraudulent payment details.

All content on mobace.in — including the Mobace name and logo, text, graphics, product photography, and site design — is owned by or licensed to Mobace and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from this content without our prior written consent. Product names, logos, and trademarks of third-party brands (such as phone manufacturers) remain the property of their respective owners.

13. Governing law & disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising from your use of mobace.in or an order placed with us will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Sirsa, Haryana, without prejudice to any other remedy available to you as a consumer under Indian law, including approaching a consumer forum in your own jurisdiction.

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, products, or legal requirements. The "Effective date" at the top of this page will be updated accordingly. Continued use of mobace.in after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms.
